PREMIER DRIVEWAYS / LEEDS & WEST YORKSHIRE
A warm-toned sandstone patio installation with a raised central garden feature, creating a distinctive and practical outdoor entertaining area.
Premier Driveways created a coordinated paved garden layout using mixed-size sandstone-style slabs. The new terrace provides generous seating space, while the raised feature gives the garden structure and a clear focal point.
The garden needed a dependable all-weather surface and a more organised layout for seating, access and planting. Changes in level also required careful detailing.
We planned a paved terrace with a stable prepared base, carefully set falls, neat jointing and a raised masonry feature. Mixed paving sizes add natural variation while maintaining practical routes through the garden.
The completed scheme replaced a less usable outdoor area with a defined sandstone terrace and integrated raised feature.
Ground preparation, level setting, patio construction, raised masonry feature, paving installation, jointing and final finishing.
Warm-toned sandstone-style paving, masonry materials, suitable sub-base, edge restraints and weather-resistant jointing compound.
The mixed-size laying pattern creates a balanced natural appearance. The raised central feature separates garden zones without interrupting movement across the patio.
The finished patio provides a durable, attractive setting for outdoor furniture and everyday garden use, with the raised feature adding character and definition.
This completed project demonstrates Premier Driveways & Landscaping’s careful preparation, level planning and detailed paving finish.
